Volcano Eruption

I've been thinking .... every time someone complains about trivial matters

we say, "Mellow down ..." or "Cool it" or "Relax" or worse, we give her/him a lecture on how she/he should be thankful for what she/he has ...

And then .... we're like ... surprise, "WHAT??? They broke up???" or whatever ......

We never realize do we, that every time we tell them to mellow down or cool it or relax, we're actually telling them to suppress their discontent ...... it's like putting a lid on the volcano's mouth.

So no wonder it all comes out in an eruption ......

We should have created channels to release the pressure & let the lava flow out in a steady stream, instead of closing the mouth & allowing the pressure to build up until it can no longer contains itself and explodes. SIGH!!!

Oh Well, let's go clean up the lava now ....
