Kenapa asyik tanya "BILAlah mentality ibu bapa akan berubah???
Kita kan ibu ( & bapa) .. kalau OUR mentality dah berubah ..
why not start with us???
WE have the power to make a change .. WE stop the cycle ...
Kenapa masih nak buat referance pd ibubapa yg dah buat silap who "turn their child into robots"?
It is OUR duty to NOT repeat their mistakes.
It is OUR duty to STRESS to our children that
i) education is NOT about getting A's
ii) it's not abt how many A's they get
iii) NOT abt turning into robots who can't think for themselves
Education is all abt
i) getting new knowledge
ii) learning skills
iii) learning how to interact with others
iv) learning abt responsibilities, etc..etc..
Each parents may add or deduct as they see fit.
So let's play OUR role ..
WE play our role as parents who educate our children into critical thinkers
& human beings with virtues.
We each may have different methods to go about it.
What is important is our method is effective for our own children & our objectives
are the same : that is to create future generations who are critical thinkers & muslims/human beings who are steadfast in virtues.
And about the statement below:-

Sedapnya mulut engkau nak imply org bukan ummat Muhammad saw.
Ko ingat ko sorang je ke memikirkan masalah ummat?
And did I say isolate the issue?
I said :
i) don't bother abt other ppl - meaning : Yang kita duk sibuk cerita pasal org lain, org tu buat gitu, org ni buat gini, semua yg org buat semuanya salah. Diri sendiri, macamana?
Tak "bergerak"pun ... masih kat situ jugak
THAT's why I said "Don't bother abt other ppl" meaning "jgn asyik sibuk pasal hal org lain, asyik jaga tepi kain org sedangkan diri sendiri pun tak buat apa-apa yg positif"
DON'T wait to start & do something positive.ii) STOP pointing figures at mistakes of the past
The past is history ... so are we going to let "history repeats itself" ?
Don't we want to stop the mistakes from repeating itself?
Then we have to start NOW!
Don't just talk .. take action !
